The 9 wire wrap jewelry designs included in this book are suitable for the beginner and intermediate wire wrap artists. I have written this book as if I were teaching someone in my class, step-by-step. There are over 300 full color, detailed photographs throughout the book. I give helpful hints on wire wrapping techniques that are useful on any wire wrapping project. I include a wire wrapped ammonite fossil that gives you an understanding of wrapping unusual shapes. Then I take a standard cabochon and teach you to create a hinged pendant frame that can then be used for many different cabochons. One of my most popular bracelets is the whimsical weave. If you know how to braid, then you can make this bracelet in less than an hour. It is unique and makes a wonderful gift. About the Author: While taking my first wire wrap design class in 2003, I was immediately hooked on the many facets of jewelry art. My previous art training was beneficial in creating some of my unique wire wrap pieces that I design today. I work with many traditional wire patterns, but enjoy taking them to the next level and making them my own. I continued my education at William Holland lapidary school with classes in advanced wire wrap design, silver smith techniques and received my certification in Precious Metal Clay. In my accounting profession, I enjoy my position as a trainer. It was a natural progression to move from creating to instructing. I began teaching at local bead stores in Florida and Georgia
